Meeting Makenna Rose Lawson

Tonight Gail and I went and met our friends John, Tara and their new born baby Makenna. She was born on the 21st of December, and is so cute! She looks just like her mommy! :) Congrats to both of you!

Lunch with Friends!

Yes, a day out with the girls, and Nolan of course! :) It was so good to get out of the house and spend some time with my two good friends Kim and Sandra. I met Kim and Sandra at UC. We are all dedicated teachers. (Kim is the one holding Nolan). We ate lunch at Max & Erma's and caught up on baby news. Both are expecting their first child in July. How exciting. I can't' wait to meet those babies... I just know they will both be really cute!
It is amazing how we are all growing up and having children of our own now. It is great! Congrats you two! You will both love being mommies! :) I do!!!

Terrells/Ervin's Christmas

We celebrated Christmas Day at Gail's mom's house. Gail's immediate family opened gifts before other extended family members arrived. She hosted 50 people in her house! God bless her! She is soooooo brave!!! :) Anyways, we had lots of fun... Here are some pictures of our Christmas Celebration....

Hon's Christmas

Tom, Gina, Tomi (12) Tianna (10), Elijah (8) Victoriann(6)and Joshua(1) all came to visit G-ma, G-pa, Gail, Lisa, and Nolan (9 months) for Christmas at my parents house. They came in late Friday night. We had a great dinner, opened gifts and stayed up late playing games. We had a wonderful time together. Tom's family had to leave late on Sat. because their children were all in a special Christmas program at their church in Indiana. I can't believe how fast everyone is growing up.

New Hair cut!

Well for most people who know me I don't cut my hair. A trim here and there, but the word cut sends me running. Well I was ready for a change. So my sister-in-Law Gina was so kind to cut about 6 inches off my hair. She also gave me some layers and high-lighted my hair. Here are the before and after shots!

Sleepy Boy

Nolan was having a rough Sunday. He was so tired and we could not get him to fall asleep. So we sat him down in our office chair and rocked him to sleep. Check out the cute video of him!

Nolan visit Santa

Nolan went to get his picture taken with Santa Clause on Dec. 4th. He was so funny. Right when Santa took him from me Nolan started to cry and scream. Gail had to get Nolan to face the camera and back him up to Santa. The Camera crew kept ringing bells to keep Nolan's attention. They quickly snaped a picture and this is what we ended up with.... Turned out pretty good for him being afraid of Santa. :)

Doctor Appointment

Nolan was supposed to have his 9 month check-up on Monday, However, we had to take him in today because he has been feeling under the weather. He got his normal check up shot too! The doctor also gave him some medicine and eye drops for his cold. He ended up having a double ear infection, poor little guy! We also learned that he weighs 21 and 7 oz, 28 inches long, and his head crown is 18 1/4 around... He is growing up way to fast!

I was so excited today to get to spend some time with Erin and Kevin. I met Erin and Kevin in college. Erin and I met in the lovely Siddall Dorms and later had an apartment together. OH how we had some good times... Anyways Her and Kevin got married about two years ago and recently moved to Florida, because of a great job opportunity for Disney. Anyways they were in town visiting today and it was great spending time with them and catching up. Nolan really took to uncle Kevin and Aunt Erin (I consider Erin as a sister, so that makes her Nolan's Aunt). They gave Nolan a really cool Disney shirt and an adorable Gonzo (the muppet charater doll. He loves chewing on Gonzo's nose and looks really cute in the shirt
