Happy 1st B-day Nathaniel and Valentines Day!

Wow, it is amazing that exactly 1 year ago I was in the hospital giving birth to Nathaniel. He was and still is the best Valentine's gift I have ever received! :) Nathaniel was due March 17, 4 days before Nolan's 2nd b-day. However, God and Nathaniel had other plans...and he made his appearance 5 weeks early. He had a rough start and had to be monitored closely in the NNCU at the hospital for a week. God answered our prayers and I was allowed to stay in the hospital free until the room was needed. Thankfully I was able to stay up until we left the hospital together.

We celebrated Nathaniel's 1st b-day last Friday and it went really well. We had pizza, opened gifts, and of course did the first tasting of B-day cake. He loved the icing, wasn't to sure of the cake. He did not mind getting messy, but hated when his foot went into the cake...

I know I know... I have been a bad blogger lately... However, in my defense I have had two really sick boys for what seems to be the whole month of Feb. I have not had much time to myself or to blog...but I will be back soon!
