House Fire

Please pray for my brother, his wife, five kids and my mom(my mom is visiting with them in Indiana). My brother's house caught on fire tonight and they have lost a lot, but thankfully and most importantly all made it out safely. Your prays are appreciated.
Love,
Lisa

UPDATE:
*3 firemen were taken to the hospital: 2 for smoke and heat, one from a beam falling on him.

*The Chief Fireman told my brother that he would lose the whole house. However, hours later he returned to my brother telling him that a lot of people must of been praying for you all... They still have some of the exterior left. The upstairs is pretty much destroyed and the downstairs is pretty gutted and water damaged. They are still investigating the cause of the fire. They think, but are unsure at this time that the fire was started in the girls room due to a light left on that fell over and started to burn clothing or faulty wiring. the firemen said that it was a good thing no one was sleeping in the room. They may of not made it out. That was the room my mom and 4 children would have been sleeping in that night. I am still unsure of all the facts... I am sure I will know more later. I will update later if anything new or something changes....
PRAISE BE TO THE LORD ALL ARE SAFE.... my mom called me this morning and I guess she is going to be bring 4 out of the 5 children back with her.......

A Tie Dye Day

So I had this idea that we would all wear tie dye shirts for a family picture. Well the boys were not in the mood to take pictures... Surprise surprise... Anyways a few shots turned out.. We had to use the tri-pod to get family pictures and that made it hard to focus and center everyone.. but here are a few good shots. Enjoy

Yes that is a giant Lollipop. It matched the tie dye theme.

I like this one of Gail and I too bad the boys were not looking at the camera.

Nathaniel the Squash Eater

Nathaniel tried squash for the 1st time today. At first he was like what in the world... but I think he likes it better than his rice cereal.

Water Fun

Nolan got this new sprinkler. It is really cool and a lot of fun. He loved playing with it today!!!

Video of Nolan playing in the water:

Catching a baby Bunny

Today my mom came over to help me finish up some more weeding. Boy does it look a lot better. While we were weeding out the flower beds we came across a baby bunny. Nolan loved playing with the bunny.

Nolan named him bunny, then Hoppi

Baby Dedication Day

On August 17, 2008 your Dad and Mom recognized the precious gift God sent to us to love, care for, and raise. God gave you to us for a reason and we wanted to thank God publicly for giving us a son. We dedicated you are precious son to God and promised God to do our best to raise you, Nathaniel Reed Terrell, in a loving christian home. We pray that one day you too will find the love of Jesus in your heart and want to serve him as your Lord and Savior.

Nolan was dedicated when he was a baby too. He just wanted to be with us to dedicate Nathaniel.

God has truly blessed us with a precious baby boy
A precious gift sent from heaven to raise and to enjoy
We pray each night that he will grow to be a man of faith and integrity
Walking with the Lord of love to become all he should be

Chef Nolan

My mom found Nolan a little kitchen set at a garage sale. He loves helping me cook, so she thought he would love this little kitchen set. She was right... he loves making us coffee and waffles..

Gail, Nolan, Nathaniel, and I went over to see Kristy, Dave, and of course Katie. She was exactly 1 week old in these pictures. Very cute baby girl. Congrats Kristy and Dave.

Nathaniel the cereal Eater

Nathaniel ate cereal for the first time on Tuesday. He did not care for it and thought it was strange. Totally different than when we feed Nolan the first time. Nolan did not make a mess and he kept wanting more. Well we video taped Nathaniel eating the cereal , but well ummm I accidentally erased it before uploading it onto the computer. However, I do have a video of the next day with Nolan feeding him. I did not get the part of Nolan rolling on the floor laughing at Nathaniel because he was such a mess. I had just turned the camera off.

Here let me do it.

I think the spoon is good, but the stuff on it not so much!

I just want my bottle!!!

Here Nathaniel...

Humm.. maybe this is not so bad...
Ok this stuff is gross!!!!
